Mark Longmuir
Hi, I’m Mark, and I live in Edinburgh with my wife and two children, along with our beloved Labrador, Rosie. After working in London and traveling, I returned to university to qualify as a teacher, and for the past 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching secondary History—a role I find incredibly rewarding. Outside of teaching and my work as a celebrant, I enjoy hillwalking, tending to my allotment, and long walks with Rosie. As a qualified Mountain Leader, I can even marry you at the top of a hill if you fancy an unforgettable adventure!
My own wedding was a humanist ceremony, and the experience was so meaningful and personal that it inspired me to help others create their own unique and heartfelt celebrations. Whether it’s a wedding, vow renewal, or baby naming, I believe every ceremony should be a true reflection of who you are. My goal is to ensure you feel relaxed, confident, and in control of every detail, while I craft a ceremony that is authentic, joyful, and full of love.
